1. Big kitchens with an island.
2. "Green" features such as energy efficient appliances, high efficiency insulation, and windows.
3. Home office.
4. Master suite on the main floor.
5. Living space outdoors.
6. Ceiling fans.
7. Soaking tubs and large showers with seating in the Master Bath.
8. Stone/Brick exterior.
9. Landscaping, walking paths, and playgrounds in the community/neighborhood.
10. Two car garage.
