Leadership Bixby, a class to encourage citizens to be active in City affairs, graduated its fifth class in May. "Bixby, OK is a growing community and needs to plan for its future" says to Chamber of Commerce President, Deb Marshall. The program takes students on tours of the state capital, Bixby Public Schools, City Hall, and community services offices to help participants gain knowledge of the operations of the city. Tuition for the program is minimal and it is open to anyone who is interested in learning for personal or professional development.
