Flood Project Dedicated

Mayor Ray Bowen, Senator Jim Inhofe, Jim Coffey, Tom Daniels and other leaders dedicate and celebrate the completion of the Bixby, OK flood and drainage project. The cermony was hald at Charley Young park in downtown Bixby. As part of this event, Mayor Bowen announced "Bixby has been known as the area with flooding problems but now the final completion of this project clears the way for substantial development for Bixby."
