1. Don't worry about the size of the company. Good agents and bad agents can be found in big or small companies.
   
2. Find a Realtor with experience.
3. As a buyer, make sure you have signed a contract with the agent and are receiving buyer's representation.
4. Ask for a referral.
5. Make sure you know and trust your Realtor.
